I am a PhD student from Morocco with a master’s degree in Genomics and Bioinformatics from the Faculty of Sciences at Mohammed V University in Rabat (Rabat, Morocco). I joined the MAGE lab in February 2026 to pursue my PhD, where my academic background fostered a strong interest in gene regulation at the interface of molecular biology and bioinformatics.
I am particularly interested in RNA biology, alternative splicing, and the integration of computational and experimental approaches.
My PhD research focuses on investigating alternative splicing mechanisms in cancer.
Outside the lab, I enjoy taking walks in nature to unwind, cooking as a creative outlet, and making time for my family and friends.
